Ads That Pay
For Themselves.

Most South African Google Ads accounts we inherit are losing money in the same three ways, and none of them are about the ad copy. We fix the plumbing first — because scaling a campaign that cannot measure itself just loses money faster.

What we fix before we touch your budget.

Almost every underperforming account we take over has the same problems. They are unglamorous and they are where the money is.

Conversion tracking that does not work. If the account cannot tell a real enquiry from a bounce, every optimisation after that is guesswork — including Google's own automated bidding, which is optimising towards the wrong thing on your behalf.

Broad match with no negative keyword list. This is the single biggest source of wasted spend in South African accounts. You end up paying for searches that were never going to buy.

Traffic sent to a page that cannot convert it. A perfect campaign pointed at a slow, vague page is an expensive way to bounce people. Sometimes the right fix is the landing page, not the bidding.

01

Conversion tracking rebuilt

Real conversion actions, correct values, server-side where it matters. Nothing else works until this does.

02

Waste stripped out

Search term audit, negative keyword lists, match type discipline. This alone usually moves cost per lead.

03

Landing pages that convert

We build sites for a living. If the page is the bottleneck, we can fix that too rather than pointing at it.

04

Then, and only then, scale

Budget goes up once the account can prove what a lead costs. Not before.

How we report — and what we won't do.

You get plain reporting tied to money: what was spent, what came back, cost per enquiry, and what we changed and why. Not a dashboard of impressions designed to look busy.

We will not lock you out of your own account. The Google Ads account is opened in your name and stays yours. If you leave, you keep the account, the history and the learnings. Agencies that run your ads through their own account are protecting their retainer, not your business.

We will also tell you when Google Ads is the wrong channel. If your margin cannot carry the cost per click in your category, we would rather say so than take a management fee to spend your money badly.

Straight answers on paid search.

What is the minimum Google Ads budget worth starting with?

It depends entirely on your cost per click and how many conversions you need before the data means anything. A low-competition local service can learn on a modest budget; competitive categories need more before the numbers stop being noise. We will tell you what your category realistically requires before you commit, rather than taking on an account that cannot succeed.

How is your fee structured?

A management fee separate from your ad spend, so the incentive is not simply to spend more of your money. Your spend goes to Google in full and you can see it. We will explain exactly what you are paying for before you sign anything.

How long before we see results?

The first improvements usually come from removing waste, which can show quickly. Meaningful optimisation needs enough conversion data to be statistically real — that is typically measured in weeks, not days. Anyone promising results in 48 hours is describing spend, not return.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do, always. It is created under your business, with us added as a manager. If our relationship ends you keep the account, the conversion history and everything the algorithm has learned. That history is genuinely valuable and it should never be ours.

Do we need a new landing page?

Sometimes. If your current page is slow, unclear about what happens next, or built for browsing rather than converting, the campaign will underperform no matter how well it is managed. We will tell you if that is the constraint, and we can build the page if you want us to.

Do you guarantee a specific return on ad spend?

No, and be cautious of anyone who does. Returns depend on your margin, category competition, seasonality and sales process — several of which are outside our control. What we commit to is transparent reporting and not spending your money on searches that were never going to convert.

Send us your account.

We will audit what is there and tell you where the money is going — before you commit to anything.
