What This Actually Checks.

No invented scores and no vanity metrics. Every result below is measured directly from your page at the moment you run it — the same things we check before quoting on any build.

01

Indexability

HTTPS, canonical URL, robots.txt and an XML sitemap. If these are wrong, nothing else matters — Google either cannot reach your pages or cannot decide which version to rank.

02

On-Page Signals

Title, meta description, a single H1 and a declared language. This is the copy Google shows in the result, and it decides whether anyone clicks it.

03

Structured Data

Whether your JSON-LD exists and whether it actually parses. One trailing comma silently voids the entire block — we have found this on live sites more than once.

04

Mobile & Speed

Viewport configuration, server response time and document weight. Most South African traffic arrives on a phone, often on mobile data.

05

Sharing & Accessibility

Open Graph tags and image alt coverage. Without the first, your links render as bare text on WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Without the second, you lose image search and fail accessibility.

06

What It Does Not Do

This is a technical on-page audit, not a full SEO review. It cannot see your backlinks, rankings, competitors or conversion rate. Those need a person — that is the conversation below.

Questions.

Is this really free?

Yes, and there is no signup. We built it because the first thing we do on any new enquiry is check these fifteen things anyway. Running it yourself costs us nothing and tells you whether you need us.

Do you store my results?

No. The audit runs, returns the result to your browser and is discarded. We do not keep a copy and we do not email you off the back of it.

Why does it only check one page?

Because the homepage carries most of the signals that apply site-wide — HTTPS, sitemap, robots, structured data and template-level markup. A full crawl of every URL is a paid engagement, not a free tool.

My score is high but I still get no enquiries.

That is a normal and useful result. A clean technical foundation is necessary, not sufficient. If the plumbing is sound the problem is usually positioning, content depth, or the fact that nobody links to you. Those are the things worth a conversation.

The audit could not reach my site.

Usually one of three things: the domain is behind a firewall or bot protection that blocks automated requests, the certificate is invalid, or the site is genuinely down. All three are worth knowing about.

Now Fix The Expensive Part.

A clean audit gets you readable. Getting chosen is a different problem. Tell us what the site is meant to do commercially and we will tell you, free, what is actually standing between you and more enquiries.
